What are Baylor Summers? Three months of action-packed, skill-building, fun-filled, sports, tech, arts, enrichment and outdoor adventure experiences. We take full advantage of our beautiful campus by offering several incredible overnight camps and a huge array of day camps for kids of all ages. Make the most of summer by making it a Baylor summer!

Overnight Camps

BSX is an electrifying, two-week, overnight camp designed to satisfy athletic and competitive needs in a healthy and fun way. This camp includes off-campus excursions and adventures with an emphasis on leadership, skills, sportsmanship, and mindset.

Silicon Valley Comes to Baylor this Summer!

The Camp BizSmart Entrepreneurship Academy is a fun, intensive, two-week summer experience for boys and girls age 11 – 15. Want to work on skills that will help you become the creators of the world’s next great products and companies? Look no further than Camp BizSmart at Baylor!

Baylor Walkabout

For more than 40 years, our after-school Walkabout program has connected students to the outdoors every day after classes and on longer trips throughout the year. While not mandatory (except for the Freshman Trip and Senior Trip), Walkabout can be one of the most demanding activities on campus.

For campers ages 8 –11 (rising 3rd – 6th grade)
Session 1: June 10 – 16, 2018
Session 2: June 17 – 23, 2018
Session 3: June 24 – 30, 2018
Session 4: July 1 – 7, 2018

This seven day/ six night camp is a great introduction to the outdoors – no experience necessary! You’ll spend five nights in a comfy dorm and one night camping on Williams Island – a 400-acre wilderness within easy rowing distance from Baylor’s campus.

For campers ages 12 –13 (rising 7th – 8th grade)
Session 1: June 10 – 23, 2018
Session 2: June 24 – July 7, 2018

This 14 day/13 night camp mixes nights in Baylor’s dormitories and under the stars. Campers will begin to develop and hone outdoor skills from  rolling a kayak to setting up a tent.

For campers ages 14 –16 (rising 9th – 11th grade)

Session 1: June 10 – 23, 2018
Session 2: June 24 – July 7, 2018

This 14 day /13 night camp is where campers really get to stretch their wings. Camp Walkabout Expeditioners will take advantage of more rarely seen corners of the Southeast by going out on multi-day/night adventures.

The Boarding School Experience
(for Rising 7th & 8th Graders)
June 11-17

One week, four boarding schools and a lifetime of fun memories await the campers of TBSE. Campers will explore and learn about the benefits of boarding schools and why they are so amazing from students and faculty at each school visited. This camp will also include fun off-campus events in the Chattanooga area.

(Day, Ages 7-12, Travel Ages 12-16)
June 11-16

LEX/RED is a literary road trip through the South. Campers will visit independent book stores, meet new authors, and travel-journal their way through a week of adventure

Baylor Boys Lacrosse Camp
(For boys rising 6th – rising 10th grade)
June 10-14, 2018

Our overnight Lacrosse Camp emphasizes individualized instruction, skill development, and play for all levels.

Future All Americans Expo Wrestling Camp
(for rising 3rd-12th graders)
June 10-13

This camp covers advanced techniques and is not for beginners. One year of wrestling experience is required.

June 8 – 10

This camp is a weekend of fun for Baylor alumni families with children ages 5 and up. Rekindle old friendships while making new friends and memories at our residential alumni family camp.
