Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

When cinnamon rolls meet French toast, it is simply delicious! I'm talking heaven in the mouth good! This recipe has been a family favorite of ours for years and is always a crowd pleaser!

Casserole Ingredients
 2 17.5 oz cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls - set icing aside
 4 Eggs
  cup Milk
 2 tbsp Melted butter
 1 tbsp Cinnamon
 1 Vanilla
Icing Ingredients
 2 Containers of set aside icing
 ½ cup Powdered sugar
 2 tbsp Cream cheese (softened)
 1 tbsp Milk

Casserole Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut each cinnamon roll into sixths.
3. Drizzle melted butter into 9x13 inch pan.
4. Spread cinnamon roll pieces evenly in pan.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined. Pour mixture over cinnamon rolls.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

Icing Directions

Combine all icing ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour icing evenly over cooked casserole.
