McWane Science Center Camps make science learning an unforgettable adventure that you just can’t experience anywhere else!

Turn summer into a season of discovery at McWane Science Center’s Summer Camps! With weeklong adventures filled with hands-on experiments, creative problem-solving, and interactive exploration, our Summer Camps keep kids learning, laughing, and engaged all summer long. Led by McWane’s expert educators, each camp offers age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and build confidence through real-world science experiences.

Bring your curiosity and sense of wonder for hands-on, minds-on, science and fun this summer! Summer camps offer further inquiry into science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) topics for children 4 to 13 years old. Campers can dive into ocean science, journey into outer space, build robots, or engineer our next great invention. Join us for these and many more engaging camp themes.

Campers should register for the grade they’ll be attending in the fall of 2026. Each of our camps is designed for the skill level of that camp, therefore, grade levels must be observed. Please note that PreK-Kindergarten campers must be four years old and potty-trained by June 1st. Enrollment is limited to ensure a quality experience.
