There have been rumblings for months, but Homewood City’s Council has officially approved a rezoning for two lots, allowing for a 30,000 square-foot medical and office space with parking for Andrews Sports Medicine, an orthopedic clinic. Andrews Sports Medicine will move into the old Belk location, with a 20-year lease.
