The Prince of Peace Knights are doing their part to keep children warm this holiday season.

The Prince of Peace Knights of Columbus Council 11537 purchased 72 coats and donated them to several charitable organizations in the Birmingham area. It’s all a part of the national program called Coats for Kids, and the POP Knights have been joyfully participating in this wonderful charity for years. Knight Bruce Grasso (left) led this effort for the POP Knights, and Prince of Peace Associate Pastor Fr. Jose Luis Gomez Guevara (right) assisted him with distribution. The holiday season is the perfect time to contribute donations to local and national charities. Way to go, Prince of Peace Knights!
