Art is an important part of the programs at The EF

The Exceptional Foundation’s holiday wrapping paper and greeting cards are on sale now. All designs were created by our adult and youth participants, and all proceeds benefit daily, after-school and summer programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
This year’s holiday products include double-sided wrapping paper – one side for holidays and one for birthdays – and six holiday greeting card designs, all of which are printed professionally. Honorarium greeting cards are also available – each $10 donation comes with one greeting card with a donation message printed inside. Everything is available to order online at tefbhm.org/holiday.
The EF team will also bring holiday cards and paper to several pop-up events throughout the season. We will be at the Junior League of Birmingham’s Market Noel on Friday, Nov. 18. Everything is also available online at tefbhm.org/holiday.
Art is an important part of the programs at The EF as an activity that promotes creativity and self- expression. Throughout the holiday season especially, EF participants showcase their artistic skillset and hope to spread joy through every piece of artwork.
The Exceptional Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was established in 1993 to serve individuals with intellectual disabilities the Greater Birmingham area by targeting social and recreational objectives not met by educational institutions or the community at large.
