Briarwood Ballet offers dance classes for pre-school students through adult, with varying goals and aspirations. Faculty members provide excellent training which teaches the discipline of body and mind, grace and poise, and appreciation for the beauty of art—as well as the sheer joy of dancing. Performing experiences provide a creative outlet, produce a sense of confidence and responsibility, and allow students to use their gifts to honor the Lord through dance.
Classes at Briarwood Ballet are offered in progressive levels and include creative movement, pre-ballet, classical ballet, and modern, for three-year-olds through high school. Ballet classes for ages K4-4th grade are also offered at the 119 campus. An annual spring performance offers older students performing experience and is open to the community at large. Summer offers Dance Camps for ages 4 through completed 2nd grade and a 6-week session for older students culminating with a Summer Showcase. Special Mommy & Me and Adult sessions are offered throughout the year.
