Free Coding and Robotics STEM Camp for Teens – Jefferson State Community College

A weeklong STEM camp will explore the Wonders of Manufacturing and Technology in an engaging hands-on event. Career explorations, laboratory activities, and lively technology demonstrations will be delivered to STEM camp participants. Students will use CoderZ software and LEGO® MINDSTORMS® robo sets during the camp.

The camp will provide a hands-on, cross-curricular STEM solution that engages students with resources to design, build and program their creations while helping them develop essential skills such as creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. Participants will have a clear understanding of electrical-electronics technologies, their impact to the manufacturing and biomedical equipment sectors, education, and employment requirements for exciting industrial and healthcare technology career opportunities.
