Michelle Givan is a non-attorney special education advocate who helps parents of children with special needs exercise their rights and get the services their children are entitled to while maintaining professional, effective relationships with schools. Michelle is the parent of a child with special needs and understands navigating through the special education process from the parent's perspective. She holds a Masters degree in Special Educational Studies from UAB, and was the owner of a learning center for children with cognitive differences and learning disabilities.
