1. ASC Presents Valentine’s with Darlene Love

Details: Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a legendary night of music as Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and GRAMMY Award winner Darlene Love takes the stage at the Alys Stephens Center.

2. Birmingham Bulls vs. Macon Mayhem

3. Casablanca (Open Captions)

When: Saturday, February 14 at 7 p.m.

Where: Alabama Theatre (1817 3rd Ave. N., Birmingham)

Details: Celebrate V-Day with this classic romantic movie. The Alabama Theatre will also offer their Valentine’s Day specialty cocktails and other concessions if you want to munch while you watch.

4. Dirty Dancing in Concert

When: Thursday, February 12 at 7:30 p.m.

Where: BJCC Concert Hall

Details: Enjoy the digitally remastered hit film like never before on a full-size cinema screen, with a live band and singers performing the film’s iconic songs.

5. McWane After Dark: Science of Love!

When: Saturday, February 14 from 7–10 p.m.

Where: McWane Science Center

Details: Explore exhibits, sip cocktails, and play like a kid, without the kids. 18+. Ticket includes one complimentary drink or a free popcorn and soda.

6. Run Chicken Run Almost 5k

When: Saturday, February 14 from noon to 4 p.m.
Where: Good People Brewing Company (114 14th St. S., Birmingham)

Details: 21+. Start off your V-Day with a run! Each runner will receive a souvenir cup and 4 drink tickets to redeem at each of the brewery stops. The first 100 runners will win a free T-shirt. 

7. Sip, Savor & Amore: A Valentine’s Wine Night at Vecchia

When: Wednesday, February 11 from 5:30–8:30 p.m.

Where: Vecchia Pizzeria (610 Preserve Pkwy., Suite 100, Hoover)

How much: $45/ticket

Details: Savor this experience of guided wine samples from a variety of vendors, as well as a full dinner experience from Vecchia. 21+. 

8. Sneaker Ball Fundraiser

When: Friday, February 13 from 8 p.m.–1 a.m.

Where: Epic Center (1301 3rd Ave. W., Birmingham)

How much: $50 advance ticket

Details: Food, music, prizes, a cash bar, giveaway, and it will feature Jazz McKenzie from the show The Voice. 21+.

9. That’s Amore! Valentine’s Dinner & Dance

When: Friday, February 13 from 6:30–10 p.m.

Where: The Club (1 Robert S. Smith Dr., Birmingham)

Details: Italian dinner, live music, and dancing with city views. 

10. Valentine’s Dinner Theater

When: Saturday, February 14 at 6:30 p.m.

Where: Homewood Public Library (1721 Oxmoor Rd., Birmingham)

How much: $50 per ticket (tickets must be purchased by February 6)

Details: Don’t miss The Chicken-Fried-Fabulous Spa-Dee-Dah Sisterhood, a hilarious play provided by Homewood Theatre with dinner catered by Christian Catering. The play is provided by Homewood Theatre.

11. Valentine’s with the Vulcan

When: Saturday, February 14 from 6–8 p.m.

12. Valentines Side- Piece Comedy Show
