If you have a Jefferson County library card, you can check out a book at any of the 40 libraries across the county. Not only can you pick up a physical book, you gain access to Irondale’s digital collection of nearly 35,000 downloadable eBooks and audiobooks. The new 16,000 square-foot facility offers study rooms and meeting spaces, a conference room, a vending machine, a used book store, and dedicated areas for children, teens, and adults.
