The directions show to simply mash vegan butter and applesauce together, stir in the mix until it is a light and fluffy dough, refrigerate for 15 minutes, and pop the tray in the oven (with a grown-ups help!). The result is delectably soft and chewy, wholesome cookies with balanced, not overly sweet flavor.
Certified gluten free and 100 percent vegan, the plant-based mixes are made with quality, simple ingredients that are rich in from-scratch taste.
