Highlands Summer Camp

Category: Academic & Enrichment Camps, Creative Arts Camps, Day Camps, Special Interest Camps

Highlands School’s Higher Degree of Learning does not end when the school year is over. We offer a quality summer program as well. Highlands summer camp offers challenging activities, talented teachers and the great variety that you have come to expect from Highlands School. Camp is open to all students entering Kindergarten through the 8th grade, regardless of the school they attend during the school year. We now have some options for rising 4K and our Counselor-in-Training program for rising 7th through 11th grade.

At Highlands, we offer unique opportunities, some specifically tailored to your child’s age group. All camps indicate the grade the child will be attending in the fall. We strive to offer camps and activities that will enable your child to continue to learn while having a great time!

Our Enrichment Camps include active, artistic, academic and just plain fun choices and are subject specific like karate, chess, coding or American Girl. Be sure to note that we offer morning sessions, some afternoon sessions and some full day camps! This year most full day camps include lunch. As always we have some new camps as well. Please look our 2019 catalog on our website for camp descriptions, ages, costs and dates.

If you're in need of regular full day care this summer, each week we offer Traditional Day Camp for Kindergarten through 6th grade that includes a lunch, weekly themes, trips to the pool (1st-6th grade), outdoor play time, activities and exciting, creative projects. This year we are offering afternoon sessions ($160). They will be divided according to age (some groups may combine if numbers are low). Traditional Day Camp is offered every week. It can be paired with a morning Enrichment camp to make a full day of camp.

TRAILBLAZERS: 1st-2nd Grade
